If you’re reading this as we head into February, there’s a good chance you’ve already given up on your 2026 New Year’s resolutions.

Don’t feel too badly, though, you’re not alone. Around 30% of hopeful goal-setters like yourself abandon their resolutions before January 31st. That number climbs to an average of 80% of Americans (depending on age group) giving up before Valentine’s Day!

This isn’t a “you” problem either. You don’t lack willpower or the ability to succeed in this New Year, you just need a fresh perspective.

Popular resolutions like “losing weight” or “making more money” focus on restriction and force rather than aligning with what you wish to attract in the coming year. Instead of helping you build a life that reflects your desires, these finite goals create a “pass or fail” trigger in your mind. You step on the scale and don’t see the results you want or check your bank account and you’re not flush with cash, so you lose momentum and the drive to keep trying.

  1. Your book ATTRACT IT ALL is now available as an audiobook, which seems like the perfect format for the intimate nature of manifestation work. How do you think audiobook listeners will benefit from this guide differently than reading it alone?

What makes the audiobook so powerful is it allows people to feel the work rather than just understand it. Manifestation is energetic and vibrational. When you hear a beautiful voice guiding you through the exercises, visualizations, and subconscious reprogramming, it bypasses the analytical mind and goes straight into the nervous system. Your body relaxes. Your resistance softens. Your subconscious becomes receptive.

Reading is wonderful, but listening creates an immersive, embodied experience. It’s like having me coaching you in real time, helping you shift your state while you’re walking, driving, or resting. That’s where transformation actually happens—not in effort, but in energetic alignment.

  2. Each year, February quickly becomes a graveyard of abandoned New Year’s resolutions for most goal-setters. What would you say to someone who’s already feeling like they’ve “failed” at their 2026 goals?

I want people to know this: you haven’t failed, absolutely not, you’ve been given another opportunity to succeed. Every setback is a new set up to improve and grow. Every time a goal collapses, it’s showing you where resistance still lives or that simply it wasn’t meant to be and something greater is about to manifest. Do not fight the process and self sabotage your mind into believing that you have failed. There is no such thing. Most people try to force themselves into their own success, but the journey in itself needs a lot of patience, kindness towards yourself, and completely believing that you can. If you cannot see the plan, it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Your nervous system has to feel safe with success. Your subconscious has to believe it’s allowed. When those two things aren’t aligned, you sabotage yourself without realizing it. So instead of feeling defeated, relax and allow a new door of opportunity to open. Say Yes to it all.

  3. In this book, you call out the difference between forcing change and attracting what you desire. For someone who’s used to the “hustle” mentality, how do you explain what manifestation is and encourage them to retrain their focus?

Forced pressure comes from fear. Attraction comes from a choice and consistency.

Hustle culture teaches us that if we just push harder, we’ll eventually get what we want. But manifestation works in the opposite direction, you receive when you release resistance, pressure and doubt—when you stop gripping and your nervous system moves out of survival mode. Believe me, you don’t have to rush and grind 24/7 there are much easier shortcuts. Are we not supposed to work smarter, not harder and have fun with life?

I explain it like this: you don’t attract what you want, you attract what you already are!

When you retrain your focus from “How do I make this happen?” to “How do I become the version of me who naturally receives this?,” everything changes.

  4. You pull from 30 years of spiritual practice and blend ancient wisdom with modern techniques in this inspiring nonfiction guide. Can you share one practice from ATTRACT IT ALL that someone could start today to shift how they set and work toward their goals?

One of the most powerful practices is “the Doors.” The Doors help you build faith or a belief system in yourself while you’re in the midst of your struggles. The Doors will lead you into a complete transformation through one simple visualization that takes three simple steps in less than three minutes each time.

Curious yet? The Doors in my book will guide you to ultimate victory. The secret of the Doors exercise is in the audiobook, simply click play!

  5. You emphasize overcoming limiting beliefs as a crucial step in manifestation. What are some of the most common limiting beliefs you’ve encountered in your work, and how do you guide people to recognize them in their own lives? The most common ones I see are:“It’s too late for me.”“I don’t deserve more.”

“If I succeed, something bad will happen.”

“I have to struggle to earn love or money.”

Or simply, none of this works.

These beliefs don’t live in the conscious mind, they are purely old programs of the subconscious mind that needs to be deleted like a virus. That’s why affirmations alone don’t always work. We need to install new programs into the mind. I teach people how to feel these beliefs when they get activated and then release them through awareness, breath, and nervous-system regulation. Once the body lets go of an entire limited belief system, a new profound system is born. The new, best version of yourself.

  6. Visualization is a central tool in your approach in this title and your practice. What insights could you share with skeptics who might think “picturing success” sounds too simple or even naive?

Visualization isn’t fantasy it’s neurological training.

Your brain cannot tell the difference between what you vividly imagine and what you experience. When you visualize, you are literally rehearsing your future emotionally and biologically. You’re teaching your mind.

“This is safe. This is familiar.”

And what feels familiar is what you attract. That’s the science behind it.

  7. Lastly, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone who wants to make this year (and their life) truly transformational rather than just trying to survive another cycle of failed resolutions?

Stop trying to become someone new and start allowing who you really are.

Transformation doesn’t come from fixing yourself. It comes from releasing what you are not. When you let go of fear, self-doubt, and survival mode, what remains is clarity, intuition, and natural fun. Let’s not forget to live in gratitude, enjoy the time we have and yes, please have more fun.

That’s when life stops feeling like a struggle… and starts feeling like an alignment of joy.
