But fun in the sun prevails as the Simmons family enjoys an eco-waterpark, snorkels through underwater caves, boards a submarine for a tour of the undersea life, browses the shopping enclave of Playa Del Carmen, and enjoys the powder-white beaches of the Caribbean in a beach hut with no TV or air conditioning!
