Tracy is after a group of fur thieves who have emptied a dealer’s vault and left a dead night guard at the scene. Tracy’s investigation reveals that the crimes were committed by an ex-con with a bum leg and a missing hand known as The Claw. Reprising his role, Ralph Byrd stars as Dick Tracy.
