Tolani and Akin are happily married. Theirs is a home filled with love, humour and harmony.
Tolani discovers she is pregnant. She relays the exciting news to Akin who is overjoyed.
As the months go by, they nurture their young daughter until an unfortunate day where a moment of distraction leads to a home accident.
Their daughter does not survive the impact of the electrocution. Tolani becomes a shadow of herself, she lives in denial and cuts everyone out.
Sitting in the therapist office, she narrates everything to the therapist, in a bid to get a grasp of her present condition. We see she is pregnant again but still very traumatized from the past.
