A little service robot named Kit tells his robot buddies about his adventures in space. He used to work with them at the cosmic center, but one day he found a book about everything behind the blue sky. He decided to become a space traveller. So he screwed himself to a departing rocket and flew up. That was the beginning of a voyage in which he visited planets of our solar system, some of their moons, a comet, asteroid belts, and more. As Kit travels further and further away from Earth, he meets all sorts of celestial bodies, planets, moons, comets, and so on. But the universe can be a pretty dangerous place. Kit doesn’t know much about it and often gets in trouble. On his journey, he met Mr. Battery, a wrecked probe foundling. They become friends and continue together to the Orion constellation, visiting supernovae and witnessing the birth of a star. They end up at the edge of our galaxy, where they decided to return home and share their stories with the others.
