This season journeys to Motueka, Whangamata, Invercargill, Gore, Temuka, Rotorua, the banks of the Whanganui River, and more. At each stop, locals are pursuing their passions, including a storytelling sculptor, a hometown hot-rod hero, a senior who’s turned to ink, a couple of straight-shooting cowboys, a pair of sweetheart Samaritans, a family of penguin farmers, a coffin-making midwife, a bee-keeping broadcaster, and a nun who’s having the last laugh.
