Most of the chapters feature Bertie’s old schoolmate Bingo, who is constantly falling in love and enlisting Bertie to help him in his unlikely courtships. The setting is 1920s London, France and New York, the scenery is posh, and the verbal banter between Bertie and Jeeves is pure priceless Wodehouse. A comedy classic.
